Return & Refund Policy
At Batci, we maintain the highest standards of hygiene and quality. Due to the personal care nature of our products, our policies are designed to protect both our customers and the integrity of our formulations.
1. Return Eligibility
Returns or exchanges are only accepted in the following cases:
- The product was received in a physically damaged condition
- The wrong item was delivered
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging
- All seals must be intact
Items that show signs of use or broken seals will not be accepted for return or refund under any circumstances.
2. The Verification Requirement (Mandatory)
To protect against transit-related disputes:
- A continuous, unedited unboxing video is required
- The video must start from opening the courier seal until the product is fully inspected
- The shipping label and package condition must be clearly visible
Claims for damage or missing items without a valid unboxing video will be rejected.
Issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
3. Non-Returnable Scenarios
We do not offer returns, replacements, or refunds for:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Personal dissatisfaction with the product’s results or fragrance
- Allergic reactions (we recommend a patch test before full application)
- Products purchased during a sale or promotional offer
4. The Return Process
To initiate a request:
- Contact us via WhatsApp or email at support@batci.in
- Share your Order ID and the mandatory unboxing video
Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup.
5. Refund
Upon receiving the returned item and verifying its unused condition, a refund will be initiated.
Mode of Refund:
Refunds are processed to the original payment source.
Timeline:
It may take 7–10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank’s processing time.
Shipping Costs:
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
6. Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of placement or before they are processed for shipment, whichever is earlier.
Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
