Batci India shall not be held liable for any delay or failure in performance resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, natural disasters, pandemic or epidemic conditions, strikes, civil unrest, government action or orders, or disruption to our logistics partner's operations. In such circumstances, we will communicate proactively and endeavour to fulfil your order at the earliest practicable opportunity.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Any legal disputes, claims, or proceedings arising out of or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
