Shipping Policy - Batci India
Batci India ships exclusively within the Republic of India. We are proud to partner with BlueDart - one of India's most trusted and reliable express logistics networks - to ensure your order arrives safely and on time.
1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation, excluding Sundays and public holidays. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after successful payment, and a separate dispatch notification with your BlueDart tracking number once your order has been picked up.
2. Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery timeframes from the date of dispatch are as follows:
• Metro Cities (Chennai, Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Pune, Kolkata): 2–4 business days.
• Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities and Towns: 4–7 business days.
• Remote and PIN codes outside standard BlueDart coverage: 7–10 business days. In exceptional cases, delivery to non-serviceable PIN codes may require an alternative courier arrangement; we will contact you if this applies to your order.
Delivery estimates are indicative. Actual delivery timelines may vary due to BlueDart operational factors, weather disruptions, public holidays, or force majeure events beyond our reasonable control.
3. Shipping Charges
A flat shipping fee of ₹150 applies to all orders. Orders above ₹1000 qualify for complimentary shipping. The applicable shipping charge will be displayed clearly at checkout before payment.
4. Shipment Tracking
Every order is assigned a unique BlueDart tracking number. Your tracking number will be shared via email and, where provided, SMS, once your order is dispatched. You may track your shipment in real time at www.bluedart.com or by contacting our support team at support@batci.in.
5. Packaging
All Batci products are securely packed to prevent damage during transit. Products are dispatched in sealed, tamper-evident packaging. We strongly recommend that you record an unboxing video upon receipt, as this may be required in the event of a damage claim (see our Return & Refund Policy for details).
6. Attempted Delivery & Re-delivery
BlueDart will make up to two delivery attempts at the address provided. If delivery is unsuccessful after two attempts, the shipment will be held at the nearest BlueDart facility for a period specified by BlueDart before being returned to us. In the event of a return due to non-receipt, re-delivery charges may apply
7. Address Accuracy
It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete, accurate, and PIN-code-correct delivery address at the time of order placement. Batci India assumes no liability for delivery delays or failures arising from incomplete, incorrect, or inaccessible addresses provided by the customer.
8. Unserviceable PIN Codes
Certain remote PIN codes may fall outside BlueDart's standard service network. If your PIN code is unserviceable, you will be notified at checkout or within 24 hours of order placement. In such cases, we will endeavour to arrange delivery through an alternative courier, or offer a full refund if delivery cannot be facilitated.
